Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 10, 2026 · Placeholder — pending legal review

Placeholder notice. This is a working draft of the CTI Privacy Policy for prelaunch purposes. Final copy is pending legal review and will be published before the platform goes live on June 1, 2026. Questions? Contact kulin@travelminds.com.

1. Who we are

Cornerstone Travel Index ("CTI", "we", "us") is a corporate travel intelligence product operated by Travelminds. This website (cti.travelminds.com) is the prelaunch presence for CTI's Flagship Reports and subscription platform.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide, plus basic technical information needed to operate the site:

  • Information you give us — name, work email, company, role, and any notes you submit through the webinar registration form or purchase flow.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a report or subscription, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical information — standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamp). No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are deployed on this prelaunch site.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the flagship reports, subscription access, and webinar invitations you request.
  • To respond to inquiries and follow up on your interest in CTI.
  • To send occasional updates about CTI launch milestones (only if you opt in).
  • To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, our webinar registration handler) or as required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

The prelaunch site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Stripe checkout uses its own cookies as required to process payments, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Data retention

Webinar registration data and customer purchase records are retained for the duration of your active relationship with CTI plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact kulin@travelminds.com.

7. International transfers

CTI is operated from the United States. If you are accessing this site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption, access controls, and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email if you have registered with us.
